DAY 1 - 2: TRAVEL TO GHANA AND ACCRA CITY TOUR
> Arrive in Ghana and enjoy a warm welcome with airport pickup. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax, get pampered, or explore before checking in at the hotel (from 3 p.m.).
> Vibrant Welcome Buffet Dinner with cultural dance and drumming performances.
> Visit iconic landmarks like: Jubilee House, Independence Square, Black Star Square, Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, W.E.B. DuBois Memorial Center.
DAYS 3-5: TRAVEL TO CAPE COAST, BEGIN PANAFEST ACTIVITIES AND CENTRAL REGION TOURS
> Head to Cape Coast for the PANAFEST Durbar of Chiefs, featuring vibrant dancing and drumming.
> Unwind with a free evening to take in the ocean views.
> Visit the historic Cape Coast & Elmina slave dungeons and learn about the Atlantic Slave trade.
> Experience a thrilling Canopy Walkway and diverse wildlife at the Kakum National Park tour , or a relaxing day at the hotel with ocean views and pool time.
DAYS 6-8: WE TOUR KUMASI, AND ITS SURROUNDING TOWNS.
> Participate in a Ceremony of remembrance at the "Slave River" at Assin Manso
> Explore Kumasi with a Traditional Naming Ceremony at Adanwomase, where you'll receive a Ghanaian name.
> Visit the woodcarving village of Ahwiaa and Adanwomase, famous for Kente cloth, where you can interact with artisans and shop for souvenirs.
> Visit Manhyia Palace Museum and the Okomfo Anokye Monument in Kumasi, learning about the rich history and culture of the Asante people.
DAY 9: TRAVEL TO CAPE COAST FOR THE PANAFEST REVERENTIAL NIGHT CEREMONY
> Participate in the Candlelight procession and Reverential Night ceremonies that will take place inside the Cape Coast Slave Dungeon.
DAY 10: RETURN TO ACCRA
> Check out and head to Accra, stopping for lunch en route. Enjoy last-minute shopping in Accra before departing for the airport and your return flight to the US.
