1. Deposit & Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation on any African Connections tour.

2. Payment Schedule: Final balance payments must be completed no later than 60 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date. Installment options are available upon request.

3. Cancellation & Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 90+ days before departure qualify for partial refund of additional amounts paid. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents & Visas: Travelers are responsible for possessing a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months post-travel) and obtaining all necessary entry visas and health immunizations required by host nations.
